Our team ensures that agreements are accurately executed, compliant with institutional and sponsor requirements, and ready for project initiation. We coordinate closely with principal investigators, campus partners, and external collaborators to manage agreements, secure required signatures, and issue subawards. By establishing clear terms and conditions at the outset, we enable a smooth transition from award acceptance to project implementation.
