Lucy serves as an Assistant Director, Pre-Award Services in the Pre-Award unit at UMKC’s Office of Research & Innovation. In this role, she supports the Director of Research Administration in carrying our strategic initiatives within the office, and supports faculty and staff with proposal development, compliance review, and sponsor submissions. Lucy partners closely with researchers to ensure proposals are competitive, complete, and aligned with institutional and sponsor requirements.
In addition to her Assistant Director responsibilites, Lucy's other assignments include the School of Medicine.
