Diana serves as an Assistant Director, Post-Award Services in the Post-Award unit at UMKC’s Office of Research & Innovation. In this role, she supports the Director of Research Administration in carrying out strategic initiatives within the office, and provides oversight of the financial and administrative management of funded projects, including budget setup, expenditure monitoring, and reporting. Diana works with investigators, departments, and sponsors to ensure compliance, fiscal accountability, and smooth project closeout.
In addition to her Assistant Director responsibilites, Diana's other assignments include the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Management, School of Medicine, and the Missouri Institute for Defense and Energy (MIDE).
